Mindfulness provides the tools needed to step back from intense negative emotions, identify them, and accept them instead of fighting them. Mindfulness can: help relieve stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties. Mindfulness improves mental health (Harvard). This toolkit is perfect for clients and professionals. 


About the cause: Our Family Centre is running a fundraising initiative to help children in need of counselling and support services. Receive this great toolkit filled with innovative and evidence based: audio, workbooks, courses, handouts, and more when you donate R 350. Each donation funds a counselling session for a child in need.
