Scientific EQ Development by a Registered Counsellor
Our process starts with a scientific assessment. Emotional intelligence can be developed and improved by learning and practising new skills. As a critical skill for the 21st century, we incorporate a uniquely South African normed assessment called the EQ skills Emotional Quotient Inventory. This useful tool may be used to identify a student’s strengths and develop developmental areas. The process assists the student to develop skills needed for scholastic, personal and social success (JVR, 2021).
A SCIENTIFIC APPROACH
Our process starts with a scientific EQ assessment based on South African norms. A formal report with areas of strength and areas for improvement is provided.
